Hiring and Termination
Hiring and terminating employees are made simple and speedily when done through our program. We provide all necessary paperwork for new hires (W4 and I9 forms), and we make certain that the tax deductions are calculated properly based on the employees dependants and allowances filled out at the time of hire.

Tax Filings
Tax filings are done on a quarterly and annual basis by Capri Associate, LLC. We take full responsibility for accurate and timely fillings based on our initial agreement. Also, we process all the W2’s and 1099’s for each employee and independent contractor at year end in accordance with the IRS guidelines. We will be responsible for making your payroll entries every pay period. This enables the business owner to see the exact cash position of the organization at each moment.

Consultation
If you decide that you prefer your current method of payroll or want to go with a third party, we will be happy to assist you in the process of managing the payroll (even if there are minimal employees). There are several steps involved with whatever method you choose. We are trained to manage and take advantage of all compensation agreements and contracts. This is a crucial area where most small business owners can take advantage of the current tax code. If you pay commissions or other incentive programs, again, we are well acquainted with all of your options.
