Face to Face/Onsite We have made every effort to make this process as easy as possible for our clients. Our preferred method is to have the most physical contact as possible without being intrusive. We decide on a day or two of the week that best works for you. Obviously, there will be some immediate cleanup items and tasks that need to be accomplished in the initial meetings, but we like to encourage weekly pickups and drop offs for all accounting materials. This gives us a better opportunity to have face to face interaction with you on a weekly basis. Ideally, we would come on the same day every week to pick up any materials that we agree to work on, and then, we would pick another day, usually about 48 hours later, to come and drop off the finished product. We thrive to produce the most complete and up to date Bookkeeping, so when it is returned to you, all you have to do is sign your checks and send them out as they are due (all due dates will be noted on your bills). Remote Another method is using the benefit of overnight mail (FedEx, UPS, or the carrier of your choice). You can send us your mail along with all necessary documents that we need to accomplish your Bookkeeping. As we receive your package, we get to work on paying your bills, reconciling your bank statements, or whatever other tasks that need to be performed. As soon as your Bookkeeper is finished, they will send it back to you in a nice neat package. This method is most commonly used for the clients who are located outside of our regional area. Our experience with working with long distance clients has been positive. We maintain a professional relationship with all of our clients regardless of the location. Our Bookkeepers are trained to meet the needs of every business owner we come in contact with. We understand the urgency of conducting business in a timely manner. Ease of Use Our methods are proven to be extremely simple. Whatever method we select to be the most productive for your company will result in the same quality and professionalism. All you have to do is send us your paperwork, and we will do the sorting, data entry, and all of the necessary footwork that is required. You will be amazed at how nice and orderly your package comes back to you. If your assigned Bookkeeper has questions or needs additional information, he or she will contact you. Likewise, you will have full access to us. Our objective is to make your Bookkeeping as simple as possible for you to manage.
